Dr. Nimisha Gupta

MBBS, MD (Pathology)

A senior pathologist by training, Dr. Nimisha has spent her career understanding how hormones, metabolism, stress, and lifestyle shape a woman's health. Her grounding in pathology enables her to connect symptoms with underlying biological changes.

At Triyā Health, Dr. Nimisha blends deep medical expertise with a calm, compassionate approach that makes women feel heard, safe, and supported. She doesn't just read lab reports — she interprets patterns, connects lifestyle with biology, and helps women make sense of the signals their bodies are sending.

To strengthen her holistic approach, she has pursued global training beyond conventional medicine, including:

  • First Aid Psychotherapist training from Johns Hopkins University
